LED Light Therapy Facial

LED (Light Emitting Diode) Therapy uses various wavelengths of light to help regenerate aging skin, reduce inflammation, correct skin tone and treat acne. It sounds high-tech because it is! It was developed by NASA with the intent to help plants grow in outer space, but it didn’t take long for scientists to realise its effectiveness to accelerate the healing of wounds and the renewal of damaged cells and tissues in humans. Unlike some other anti-aging treatments, LED Therapy doesn’t cause burning, and it does not contain ultraviolet rays so it is safe for regular use. Treatment includes cleanse, enzyme and moisturiser to finish.

Treatment begins with a double cleanse, steam, gentle exfoliation, extractions if needed, customised hydrating mask or detoxifying mask + moisturiser to finish. Guidance on the importance of a basic skin care routine is included. Nothing harsh or too active is used during this treatment .

Unwind into the bed with a welcome hand and arm massage, followed by a calming cleanse, fruit enzyme exfoliation and hydrating sheet mask to focus on nourishing and hydrating the skin while you receive a head, neck and shoulder massage. Finished with an uplifting facial massage, serums and moisturiser. We have cloud-like adjustable electric beds for maximum comfort for you and your growing bump. (75 minute option includes extended massage time for deeper relaxation)
